Dental implant retained dentures or dental implant dentures, as some call them are one of the number one replacements for people who have lost most of their teeth. Even people who have worn dentures for many years are switching to implant retained dentures. Why are dental implant retained dentures becoming so popular? It is because of their many benefits. 12/5/2011: Melony, from Grand Rapids MI, whose partial upper denture was chewed to pieces by her daughters puppy, called our office early in the morning . She wanted to know if our practice could make a partial denture in that same day. Mary, our dental receptionist, assured her that it would be possible and gave her an appointment for 1:30 P.M. that same day. By 6:00 P.M., her partial denture was finished and inserted into her mouth. After giving it a few minutes, she looked into the mirror and said my teeth are beautiful. They match perfectly. It looks and feels comfortable; you can’t begin to know how much you made my day. Thank you so much!

Melony’s case was not an implant retained denture or partial denture, however, it demonstrates our staff’s willingness, skill and capability to give prompt convenient support to our patients when they are desperately in need.
